Cancellations

Cancellations, or changes in the date of the excursion, must be made via email (to the sender address of the confirmation).

• Changes and cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the day of the ticket: Full or partial refund. On occasions and when the cancellations are voluntary, the client will be responsible for paying the possible charges for management procedures.
• Changes and cancellations less than 48 hours before the day of the ticket (2 days before): 75% of your reservation total will be charged.
• Changes and cancellations on the same day of the ticket: Not allowed.
• In the event that weather conditions prevent us from carrying out the excursion, you will have the right to a refund of the amount of the reservation, but not to impose any claim for this fact.

We always listen to possible alerts communicated by the maritime authorities.

It is not adverse weather conditions that the weather is cloudy, or it rains.
