In the event of voluntary cancellations, the customer will be responsible for any possible administrative or processing fees.<\/li><li><strong>Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the excursion:<\/strong> 75% of the total booking amount will be charged.<\/li><li><strong>Cancellations within 24 hours of the excursion:<\/strong> 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.<\/li><li><strong>Cancellations on the day of the excursion:<\/strong> 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.<\/li><\/ul><p>If weather conditions prevent the excursion from taking place, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the booking amount, with no further claim being admissible on these grounds.<\/p><p>We will always comply with any alerts or recommendations issued by the relevant maritime authorities.<\/p><p>Cloudy weather or rain alone will not be considered adverse weather conditions, provided that the maritime authorities have not issued any restrictions preventing the excursion from taking place.<\/p><h3>CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE CHARTERS<\/h3><p>Cancellations or changes to the date of the excursion must be requested by email, using the total booking amount will be charged.<\/li><li><strong>Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled excursion time:<\/strong> 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.<\/li><li><strong>Cancellations made on the day of the excursion:<\/strong> 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.<\/li><\/ul><p>If weather conditions prevent the excursion from
